Certified in a 250-hour YTT program (including Vinyasa, Yin, and Ashtanga), she offers a diverse range of practices designed to meet the needs of all students. At her studio, Bella fosters a warm, inclusive environment where everyone—from beginners to advanced yogis—feels welcome and supported. Whether guiding a private session or teaching a group class, her nurturing approach encourages personal growth and leaves students feeling uplifted, empowered, and ready to continue their yoga journey with peace and joy.
Carla Anderson
Carla’s yoga journey began in childhood, influenced by her spiritual father and cosmopolitan mother, who introduced her to the teachings of Buddha and the soulful sounds of Kirtan music. As a competitive soccer player, yoga became a way to balance the intensity of her sport, and after retiring from soccer, she deepened her practice, discovering a blend of physical challenge and spiritual grounding. Completing her 200-hour YTT in 2021, Carla now shares her passion through classes that reflect her creative upbringing, blending alignment-focused movement with eclectic soundtracks—from Kirtan chants to rock legends like Led Zeppelin and soul icons like The Roots. Her classes are a celebration of breath, music, and connection, offering a fresh yet tradition-rooted experience for all.
Rachel Wallace
Rachel brings 15 years of teaching experience and a deep passion for yoga to the mat. With a background in dance, Rachel’s practice is deeply influenced by fluid movement, rhythm, and grace, which she seamlessly integrates into her teaching. Known for her nurturing approach, she creates a supportive and inclusive space where students can feel comfortable and empowered. Rachel places a strong emphasis on alignment, mindfulness, and breath, guiding students to develop not only physical strength but also mental clarity and emotional balance. Her teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a holistic practice connecting body, mind, and spirit, and she strives to help each student cultivate peace and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
Stacey Wade
Stacey is a lifelong Yogi, fitness enthusiast, and wellness expert known for her eclectic approach to movement and spirituality, making her classes accessible to all body types and abilities. With certifications in Yoga, Reiki, personal training, nutrition, and senior fitness, she blends her extensive training in Mind, Body, and Spirit to create a holistic practice. Her lineage includes Sivananda, Baptiste Power Vinyasa, YiN Yoga, and Yoga Therapy, and she previously owned Yoga Bliss from 2004-2016. Now specializing in private yoga and personal training, Stacey offers intuitive, non-intimidating classes focused on mobility, functional movement, and personal growth. Although she loves a good vinyasa flow and a sweaty workout, Stacey believes yoga and fitness are personal journeys to be discovered one session at a time—there’s no rush to growth, just breathe, release, and repeat.
